you can translate exported models by catia batch utility.
change extension of file to .exp
easy to use.

D:\Dassault Systemes\B08\intel_a\code\bin\CNEXT.exe" -batch -e ExtractModelFromSequential

Can you please explain further? Does the .exp file has to be in the same dir? can you do it through CATIA? Is there a configuration that needs to be done in CATIA?

We have selected the HD2 option and we are having the error saying “There is no suitable license to fulfill the HD2 request” Any help?

You either don't have an HD2 on your license server, they are all in use, or your server is down. Contact your systems administrator.

For small job shop vendors to utilize customer supplied models and to ensure project data, text, or other cross-referenced files are all included in the translation to V5, the conversion needs to be accomplished by the V4 originator running both versions.

I found this link helpful to send my customer's data mangement group as a reference.
