Do the MMPDS properties apply to sheet 2024-T3 identified as MRS?

Can anyone point me to the relevant specifications or literature to understand the specifics of 2024-T3 when supplied as MRS? I don't see anything in MMPDS, AMS QQ-A-250 (or /5), etc.
