How to make a Flat pattern

It appears that your model has compound curvature. If this is the case, Siemens has add-on modules that may be able to flatten it. The modules are Meta-form and/or Fiber Sim (I'm not sure if these are the current names of the modules). Also, you might need to add a blend around the top, the current hard edge might pose a problem for the solver(s).

I will look for the modules Meta-form and Fiber Sim.
It don't have to be a 3d flat pattern. A 2d or a sheet Pattern is also good.
I have the .prt file in the attachment. (it's a nx 7.5 .prt file)

Hm, this is not that simple.
It has compound curvature as Cowski notes, Which means "stretched material" to bend/ unbend. It also has "trimmed edges" which sheet metal "most often" doesn't.
We don't know anything about the material , material properties etc.
I ran a Sheet Metal - Meta Form on it selecting only the outward face. ( i first made it tangent continous, bent objects cannot be bent with perfectly sharp corners...) and used the default values in Meta Form.
