Third Angle Projection Symbol

NX 8.5.1.3

Does anyone know how to change the size of the 3rd angle projection symbol in drafting? I am trying to create some sheet templates and the 3rd angle projection symbol is gigantic and I can't seem to change the size. I have tried the symbol scale, the text scale, and the text size.

Are you using the...

Insert -> Symbol -> User Defined...

...function?

If so, I had no problems whatsoever editing the size, at the time that I placed the symbol, using either the 'Length and Height' or the 'Scale and Aspect Ratio' method to define the Symbol Size:
