What is the good practice to prevent or control sulfur dust during loading into ship?

Using safe design for the convoyers and ship loader as follows:
1. use of explosion vents in the hopers, silo and ship loader dust collection system
2. use of dust suprission system mainly water spray along the convoyers.
3. use of magnit to remove any metal objects that can cause spark.
4. if sulfur is produced from sulfur unit of LNG process, quality of sulfur should not have Hydrocarbons and fin dust.
