In ProE Release 2001, two new user interfaces were added, but never documented. These changes are not even documented in PTC's official Release Notes, so we feel that they are still in development mode.
They include a new window for creating and managing Relations and Parameters.
To access these windows, change the config.pro setting:
new_relation_ui to "yes"
new_parameter_ui to "yes"
Although many users may have seen these new ui's, the majority have not. So, go ahead and try them.
