How do I Repair or Modify of a SW Installation?

This FAQ is made for SW04 and future releases.

Repair your install using Control Panel:

1) Go to Control Panel
2) Add and remove Programs
3) Find SW2004
4) Click on "Change"
5) Follow the menus
6) Click on "Repair"
7) Click "Next" and let the command finish
8) Restart SW and Test it to see if it helped.


Below is a jump start, if the above option doesn't work or if your using Windows NT.

Repair your install using the original Install SW CD's:


1) Put the CD #1 in the Tray.
2) Click Install on the SW menu that pops up.
3) Click "Next"
4) Click on "Change"
5) Follow the menus
6) Click on "Repair"
7) Click "Next" and let the command finish
8) Restart SW and Test it to see if it helped.
