How do I modify the Drafting Standards

Start CATIA in Admin Mode. To do this, you need to have write access to the directories pointed to by the following Environment Variables:

CATCollectionStandard (this is the directory where your Drafting Standards will be stored)

CATReferenceSettingPath (this is the directory where your system CATSettings are stored)

Start CATIA using the -admin option. Here is one example of a startup command:

C:\catia\B14\intel_a\code\bin\CATSTART.exe -run "CNEXT -admin" -env "c:\catia\CATEnv\CATIA_P3.V5R14.B14.TEST.txt"[/color red]

Note that your installation path and environment files may be different.
