1) Have you checked the help files?

3) Have you checked the online forum? http://forums.mscsoftware.com/adams/ubbthreads.php is the old one, archived, and https://mscsoftware.force.com/customers/s/topic/0TOa00000005VAdGAM/adams?viewMore=1 is the active one - 9 times out of 10 this will be faster than asking here.
4) Have you successfully completed the relevant tutorial ? (in the Getting Started help file for each module)

If you cannot find the answer to your problem in these five steps then go ahead and ask.
Please include which module (eg View, Car) you are using, whether you are using the GUI, which version of ADAMS you are using and what platform you are running on. Since we aren't mind readers a picture or a graph or a file may be far more useful than your text description of the issue, especially since you are probably very focused on your particular issue.
