    penstock leakage test

    so ( 0.62 liter / min X m ) X 180 min = 111.6 liter / m then ( 111.6 liter / m ) X ( 0.70 + 0.65 + 0.70 )m = 228.78 liter then convert from liter to cubic meter = 0.22878 m3 so the level decrease = ( 0.22878 m3 / 14.79 m2 ) = 1.5 cm is that right ?
