i would try 5.0" lens 2.0mm nozzle and high pressure nitrogen .80, also you will need to lengthen the pierce times quite a bit.
Yeah you are actually making a Thermite mixture if you where to try and burn it, which is a bad idea cause the exothermic reaction burns at 2500*C and has its own oxygen supply so you cant put it out.
Have you tried checking the tape shot in more then 1 spot on the table? Sounds a bit like an external alignment issue to me. but i guess something could be broken/loose as well
if you are using the amada software "fabriwin" or "ap100" you can go to the system setting tab and pick "edit material"
scroll down to the cnc code button and press that, Then change "use g41/g42" to 0 that will disable using the controller to calculate this and put it off on the software. click...

does anyone know the exact steps to take to do a flush on an old fo3015 with an orion chiller. i already have the citronix acid based cleaner. i just need to know how much to use and what steps to take.
What machine is it? i know on our amada it has a pressure sensor where the air comes in and that has a small adjustment screw for setting the pressure of the sensor and it also has a light on it when the sensor is on.
so you might just be able to adjust it to get the alarm to go away.
