    Looking for an opensource "stick" model capable tool

    Hello, I am looking for a non-linear beam model tool (solves for bending and twist) on structural elements. It needs to be open-source. In Python would be a plus. Any ideas? or do I need to invest time in more advanced/complete FEA tools like Code_Aster or Calculix? Thanks, Bb
