    I have both the user and the service manual. just say to press a couple of keys combinations, just to reset. I opened the front door and hit a reset button. Same thing

    its no longer covered by the service, they are just offering a new one, don’t even bother to come see it

    This instron 1011 emitted a mechanical noise and now is stuck with this error: shall I take apart to see and try to fix the mechanical part or could it be a board?
