Flow test or fire pump test

Working on a small project that has a fire pump. Instead of conducting a new flow test at the hydrant that is feed from the fire pump it was suggested to use the annual fire pump test. I’m trying to remember how to do that since it’s been years. Can someone help me out?

Steel Joists, Wood Floor Combustible Concealed?

I have a light hazard building with Dry wall, 12" bar joists, with 6" of batt insulation on the dry wall and then a wood floor for above. So 6" of dead space above the insulation to the underside of the floor. Would this be considered Combustible Concealed space? Thanks

    16' HIGH RACK STORAGE

Looking for some insight on this. We have a 16' high storage facility with metal products being stored. Looking at Figure 16.2.1.3.2b with high temp heads which brings the density to .325 over 2000. i am locking to apply figure 16.2.1.3.4.1 and I want to make sure I am right on this. It would...

    NFPA 13d

    Density Reduction

Looking at a tiny warehouse that has storage at 15' with building height at 20' Class I commodity on double row racks 15' high. If I use NFPA 16.2.1.3.2 (a) and point E it gives me a .29 over 2000 sq ft. And if I use the density reduction on 16.2.1.3.1 I can reduce the density to 60% which I am...

    Storage Question

So the building is located in Northern Kentucky and it is just storage of the "pods" nothing in them. The location of the building is in an area where they "dont know how to use it", so sitting down with them they would say whatever NFPA states. But considering just the boxes being stored...
