    Dear kslee1000, I agree, my point is that we cann't use gage more than 4 1/2" for web 3/16" [ because max. spacing should be 3/16" x 24 = 4.5" and in that case we should use narrow gage 4" ( (2)-L 3 1/2x3x5/16 ) ]. Sincerely,

    Dear StructLin, there is some limitations for max. distance in bolt's (rivet's)group between bolts (rivets)as you know. One of it for web 3/16" thk. is 3/16" x 24 = 4 1/2". Sincerely,

    Dear NUTTE, Thank you for your answer. It seems to me all bolts consist of one group of bolts. I suppose that this requirement provides a work of bolts together and reduce deformations in connection - as web as angles. What do you think? Sincerely,
