What are the pros and cons of multi-sheet? We do large assemblies of around 20-30 sub assemblies and around 1000 parts total. There are probably 100 details that need drawings. Is this a good idea to do multi sheet? What is the magical number and size of files to make this a cutoff point...
Does anybody have the driver for the spaceball 2003 that will run with solidworks 2006?
When you run toggle sub part movement then it causes solidworks to crash. i want to uninstall it and reinstall it but don't have the driver.

i have had this problem also. I am still having it from time to time. When in a drawing, change that view to shaded/colored style and then change it back to what you want.
this takes care of it 90% of the time for me. When this doesn't work, I have to delete the alternate position view and...
Does anybody have a design checklist they would share with me? I used to have a nice one in excel format but I lost that thing years ago.

I tried the macro out but it only seems to work for parts. What about hiding assemblies within an assembly? Can you alter that macro to make this possible? If so, I will definately but it!

Is there an easy way to take a file that we currently have on a library and signify that it has already been checked?
If we copy it to our job and then alter it, we also need it to show up that it was altered. This would keep our check process down to a minimum.
