I-Site Studio - Very expensive, very fast/accurate/intuitive. Can handle TONS of data including LiDAR, survey, CAD, etc...
Global Mapper - Very inexpensive, still very accurate, not intuitive, slower workflow, can also handle almost any data you throw at it.
