Hi Guys, I need some help please, i have attached a sketch, ive got a 255mm RC Slab supported by 595x280 downstand beams. I have devided the loading but just wanted to know what i should do with portion 6. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi there has anyone designed a reinforced concrete wall stiffner for masonry walls ? I would like to ask some advice on designing them pls.

Hi guys just wanted to know how you would design this beam. Its a 595x280 RC beam resting on top of a wall with a 3 meter opening, the beam supports a wall on top, my question is should i design it using a span of say 3280mm usuming 280mm supports either side ?
