    David and Alan thank you for your input. What i have is a Ruggedcom RS910 terminal server.It takes serial fiber inputs and convert it to Ethernet signals and directly shoots it to the scada master.The RS910 device talks DNP.So i need some kind of device that will convert the KYZ pulses to DNP.
