    Does anyone know where to find the ASME/ANSI Standard that controls the outside length (arrow "Tail" opposite the dimension in outside dimensions). I have been told that it is in ASME Y14.5 2009 but I can not find it there, nor can I find it in 14.100 or 14.2. Any help would be much appreciated...
