    If different flow rates of NFPA 15 and API 2510 can use a same tank?

    There is one of my projects to design a deluge system on a propane sphere tank. Because of water source shortage, I am wondering if can use both NFPA 15 (0.25 gpm/ft^2) for the lower hemisphere and API 2510 (0.1 gpm/ft^2) for the upper hemisphere.
