    Out-of-Synchronism, Control Power Transformer

    If a 3 KVA (480/120 V) Control Power Transformer (CPT) is fed from two separate power sources, i.e. a standby Generator and the Utility. If both Sources are not into full synchronism, what would be the impact on the CPT Output or operation?. Thank you.
