What is the latest in switching between work parts in an assembly with different units in NX?

How do you create a manual non-associative Balloon that touches a part on the drawing? I don't want it to update with all the other balloons on the drawing.

I have deformable pipe that when they are replaced the old body isn't removed. the only way to see the new body is to delete the old body. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

The view was missing when the DXF was exported out of NX and brought into Autocad.

I exported a DXF of a drawing that had a Detail View of a Cross Section that lost it's geometry but the dimensions and view border was there. Any Suggestions?

I contacted GTAC and they sent me a Journal File that cleans it up for NX 7.5. NX 8 and up doesn't have the problem. Thanks for all your comments.

I did the part clean-up. closed out the file and reopened it. It still has no effect. This is the seed part to all out drawings so every drawing has at lease 4 unparameterized features in them.

Yes, and It still comes back in new sessions.
