Can someone tell me if the following component would require certification/inspection/marking:
Aluminum block with a series of .75 inch drilled holes resulting in 8 cubic inches of storage volume
3000 psi compressed air or nitrogen
100 degree F max temperature
no fire or heating, just straight...
