Hi,
In the link attached propane bottle is mentioned as a backup ignition source.

notes:
backup system must be tested regularly and recorded

George,
My calculation using PR EOS is 1.42 for Z at 26.66C and 656 bars Abs.
Regarding dissolved N2/m3 of aqueous solution, I got 11. 1 to 11.8 kg/m3
Attached Henry's coefficients with references.

Check with them, E&H and ask for a trial, unless they have experience with your product.
My 2 cents,

Hi,
Check with those guys:

Looks not great.
Key on hot oil minimize the number of flanges to mitigate the risk of fire (leaks).
I don't buy the story about strainers at the pump suction for the reason above and other risks associated (burn). Very dangerous...
Hi,
Most Engineering companies have developed their own standards based on velocity and nature of the product flowing in the pipes.
Sometimes the results are expressed in head loss (m of Ft) per 100 (m or ft) of pipe.
The % you mentioned will be an indication not an engineering practice.

LI ,
"The practical issue becomes how do you start and stop this system", that's the main point not addressed in the replies above.
Not considered by the OP.

I think the 25 m3 tank is a buffer tank, necessary to transfer the material from the tanker, to avoid additional logistic costs.
What you call a booster pump is a transfer pump. To me you need a capacity to collect the liquid from the filter prior to the pump. This will mitigate the risk of...
Your downhill pipe should be self-vented, check Froud number. Apply Bernoulli to the top of the system to ensure fluid will be transferred. Continuity applies from the top to the point 2, head loss should be compensated with the static head.
For your consideration...
