Compare this to large pumps that we install on skid frames, without concrete mass to hold things down!!... Hmmm. Pump vibrations are not that great anyway so providing the connecting pipework is well supported and protected, all should be fine.
Running the pump at this slight angle will not cause any problems. Pumps are designed to handle axial forces. And guessing that the subsidence should cease after a while.

TenPenny, good pump curve, thanks. Exactly the duty. Looking at the curve I see that NPSH requirements are very high if we are running just one pump (parallel pumps) and out to the right on the curve at say 32-34 lps. Given our high altitude project of over 4,400m we will have issues at 20...
