    I bought PSI Plot some time back. It can produce some nice plots. However, I got tired of paying Poly Soft to be their beta tester for them. For 3-D curve-fitting, I wound up using using TableCurve. It is easy to use and spectacularly fast. It may have been supereceded (sp?) by now.
