    VERY SOFT ELASTOMER/RUBBER

    There are, as Mike says, quite many TPE grades that seams to do the work and since the TPE can be injection molded. I've been using Santopren but I'm not sure if they supply as soft grades as shore 5. www.santoprene.com /Joakim
