    PWHT requirements clarification for pipe support

    Does the pipeline support in the attached picture need PWHT? (The pipeline material is A335-P11) I have referenced the contents of ASME331.1.3, but I don’t understand the measurement method mentioned in ASME B31.3 Fig.328.5.4D. Is there any expert who can draw a more specific diagram?
