Cold formed Cee beam identification

See picture, any idea? To me its a 5" Cee girt (pictures confirm a Cee) but no idea on other numbers.

The 24 could be the gauge of steel.

Sometimes these are a building manufacturer's part number.
 
Man, 24 gage? That seems way too flimsy to be used as purlin. 16" O.C. partition stud for sure though.
 
Seems likely that the 241144 is the piece length, so maybe 24'-11.44" long. This seems too long for a 5" member though. The 05 could be a member count. Unless you have the bill of materials, you'll need to put a tape measure on the girt to get the size unfortunately.
 
They are a 8.5" deep member.
I can get with the length nomenclature, as they are 25' bays +/-
