Hole Wizard is moving sketch outside of feature in tree

I am using hole wizard to add holes to a plate. I have put in multiple types of holes in the same plate. Three separate features in the feature manager tree. After saving and opening up later the tree has the sketch shown after the hole feature, which contains the location information of the holes. I have gotten them to go away by deleting the sketch, and hitting undo. This would push the sketch back into the feature. But after saving and reopening, the sketch is moved back out. Is this a new feature of SW2024, or maybe a side affect of Windows 11. Does anyone else experience this?

Can you post a screen shot?

Also check if tree display is set to flat tree view (check attached picture). If yes, then unselect it.

My flat tree view was unchecked. and here's the expanded and coliapsed views of tree:

Example, in 1/4-20 hole use the Sketch11 to add more points, or construction lines, within the sketch. You are adding another not needed sketch15 to locate your holes. This is why sketch15 is outside the hole feature.

Sketch 11 is the sketch of the tap drill hole. Sketch 15 tells the feature the location, and quantity of holes on the surface. Historically both sketches stay within the feature. And when I put a fresh hole in it shows up normally.
Below are screen shots of the original, after saving and opening. And below that are new ones added that show up the "normal way". And after saving and opening the new feature kicked out the sketch 20.

Can you attach one part file showing this behavior to check on our machines?

So if you open it, and it shows the sketch outside of the feature, try deleting the sketch, then undoing. I do that and it brings the sketch back into the hole feature., but after saving and opening it kicks it out.

This is a reported issue/bug (BR10000387004), and fixed in SW2024 SP4 with Hotfix. You may contact your VAR, and they would help with the required hotfix.

I tried your file, and created a new one. I can't duplicate your issue. I'm on 2024, Windows 10.

Did you open mine and find the sketch outside, just like I do? I'm on 2024 sp4, with the downgrade of Windows11

Deepak,
I have SP5.0. I'm not seeing the problem. I tried adding more holes, creating new, etc.
Maybe a Windows 11 thing? I'm supposed to be updated to Win 11 soon.

It was fixed with a hotfix for SP 4, and then fixed in the SP 5.
