Yes i have experienced that also. Because when you are running the last of the bank i have seen the oxygen pressure go up. That can do so the spattern accurs.
Speaking of the ramp part, it really depends on how much time into the ramp this accurs. If its really in the begining its surely is to...
What nesting program are you using?
Have you tried doing the scrap cutting before starting to cut the program?
I know you can detemine in DR.ABE if the scrapcutting should accur either before or after the program.
Im guessing it goes to pierce height and awaiting a variable to become true, but...
Have you checked so no sensors are loose or if any of the "static" locks are loose.
And if there is any cut loose parts that are jamming in somewhere inside the LST table.

Maybe try running a fine data on the Cutting parameter you are using.
As the cutting sometimes works, but not all the way.
You can also try playing with the edge and appr data.
Hello,
Does anyone know which parameter on the Alfa 3 4kw amada lasercutter, you have to adjust to get the interference in crc to not show.
I know you could change a setting on the amada Fo so it would not appear on small errors.
Any ideas? Because the same dxf works fine on the fo but not...
i dont know this machine myself. But could there be any problems with any connections cables to the head ?
As i said dont know the machine but. i have seen similar things and then it has been faulty wire to head or the connector on the head which could be faulty.
Sure its nothing to do with a faulty connection?
If the she connector on the cone has been repaired by soldering a new one there and not covered the cable side up properly i would say this error could occur.
Or is the pin in the connector faulty, or has the cover broke on the she connector on...
