Are you certain that your new PVG32 valve is the correct specification?
It should be a closed center with load sensing.
Check with your supplyer. Or if you have data that you can share with us.
And be sure to check the setting of the main pressure relief valve / valves in the system.
sure, it might increase theoretically, but problably not a problem.
However with cylinder in series connection there is usually a built in "leekage" valve in one or both end of stroke positions.
which helps with the syncronisation, therefore the oil between the cylinders also gets exchanged...
I do not know of a pressure switch with built in timer.
I suppose the cylinder is controlled with a regular 4/3 directional control valve.
I would problably use a pressure reducing valve set on the desired pressure (700psi) on the "pressing" side of the cylinder and just actuate the...
Your idea with a fixed pump and a priority valve will work.
However i'm not sure it would be the most attractive solution for commercial/profesional use.
If you are using the saw at anything else then full speed you will problably have a lot of losses and heat generation in the hydraulic...
Maybe a little bit of a late respons.
I cannot confirm your flow calculations for the valves since i dont know the pressures that the manufacurer/s has used when specifying flow. Maybe its specified in the datasheets. Otherwise we cannot know without asking the manufacturer.
But yes, if you...
