I have an aluminum piston that has already been hard anodized (the sleeve only). When I went to go apply pressure the assembly leaked. After doing some research I found that the hard anodize is very porous.
Is there a way I can salvage these piston sleeves? Through polishing & maybe sealing...

I have a 1 time use pneumatic piston that will be operating at a high pressure. The piston will have a hard stop at the end of its stroke and I am trying to figure out the number, and size, of fasteners I need so the fasteners and wall will not shear. The piston must be pneumatic.

For those of you interested there was a conflict between the region ID numbers of the Contacts and slide lines, so I renumbered the contact regions and the analysis ran fine.
