Are you clamping the material? One common method to eliminate the possibility of material moving is to cut something near the clamp with the clamp on? How about the skids? Have you tried replacing them. Giving joints too keep the material from popping up helps sometimes!
I use the 3i software of Amada built for Windows 10. Had this problem with Windows 10. The software license got locked and had to wait for 3 days for it to get reactivated....Try disabling the windows update service in Windows 10. That must do the trick

Not really, Ive been using Abe Blank and it's ok. You can partition the entire sheet into parts and then sequence it ie. the direction..Do try it..Also I always try to cut parts individually instead of cutting the sheet. That way, the sequence is set for the individual parts and then the sheet...
