Wanting to know if any one knows of a test that can be done to test for deformation of a die cast aluminum part. The length of the part is roughly 20" in length and 6" wide and about an 1" deep. We currently are using a stamped aluminum base which is to "flimsy".
Any suggestions are...
CompositPro - with regards to plasma treatment do you think corona treatment would work, or would that just "help" but not solve the issue on hand?
