The purpose of the On/Off valve is to function as an interlock and to send gas to the stripper for 2 hours a day.
So once a day, the On/Off valve opens up to move gas into the stripper. After 2 hours if closes.

I haven't done the velocity calc but it's a 2 scfm flow in a 1/2" tubing.
Upstream length is about 30 feet and downstream length is about 2 feet
There are no buffer tanks unfortunately.
Only control is changing the setting on the valve. Here is the particular valve here...
