I am a student and have been asked to draft an initial process plan for a local distillery.
Just wondering if anyone has a plan from previous work to start from or any other pointers.
It's a pretty basic set-up.

Temperature control of fermentation tanks with Glycol chiller
Temperature control of the mash tank (steam Heated)
Temperature and feed input control of a distillation column.
