A few other programs that I've come across are BobCAD/CAM and Rhino. Rhino seems to be in the ~$900 range from what I recall and BobCAD/CAM is nearer the $1500 price. Although Rhino has an easily accessed demo to download, I have not played around with it or BobCAD too...
