Converting a neutral file from Intergraph PDS to Caesar

Any suggestions on how to format the Intergraph PDS neutral file for it to convert correctly to a Caesar input file? Never seem to work for me. I get a message that errors exist and see " *.LOG" file for detail, but I am not able to find the error.

    Lateral Vesselet

My project specify a Lateral Vesselet for branch connections to a flare header. Is a Lateral Vesselet stronger than a BF Latrolet? Is there a way I can determine the SIF for a Lateral Vesselet? Thanks.

High Pump Nozzle Loads & Use Of Stiffness Coeff. on CNode's On Anchors

The best solution would be to model in the Tank flexibility. Just select NOZZLE in your input and enter the tank parameters.

    Plotting

I am using CII Ver. 5.1. Is there a way to scale a plot from the input so that the display on the screen will cover the entire page of the print out? When I try to print the plot that is displayed on the screen, I will get a plot that is shrunk to the center of the page.
