When You use 5" Head the pressure in Bypos mirror is more than when you use 7.5" head
For me the problem is the Burkert proportional valve for Bypos mirror.....

Do you have Bypos mirror on your machine?
because if you have regular wave during cutting is proportional valve, typical with 5" head and nitrogen, work wrong....
if you have cooling problem in the mirror problem starts with more power not around 50%...

probably you have a small leak of water from radiator inside resonator cabinet...under reflection absorber
This cause condense around glass tube and aluminum plate
