    FABRIWIN

Otherwise I have a guy here who knows all about this stuff. You can give him a call if you want. Chuck: (909) 217-9849

    FABRIWIN

Hello vlads21, Our company used to use fabriwin but have since then switched to Striker systems. It has served us well so far. The nice thing about striker is its based around autocad so you can design new parts and change stuff on the fly. Part organization and sheet nesting are pretty user...

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

There's a couple stars lasersypder haha! I just cut some 3/8 parts that came out beautiful! Later today I'll try and complete my 1/2" order with the new conditions. Question, even if I switch my etches for mild steel with oxygen will I still need to bleed the line? Thanks!

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

LASERNINJA, Thats it! So far after shutting the nitrogen off and bleeding the line my 1/4" and 7ga mild cut conditions are cutting great! I did not make any changes to these conditions as well. Recently we moved to a bulk tank. After installing it and turning the nitrogen on for the first time...

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

Today I'm cutting more mild steel and I noticed that even my 11ga, 7ga and 1/4" mild conditions aren't performing like they used to. Same thing as the 1/2", inconsistent pierces. I tried etching all the parts first with the same results. I noticed a trend on the first two sheets I've cut and...

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

Each part is getting etched and then cut. That's interesting you say that because only recently I've started etching part numbers. Also I use the same etch condition for all of the materials, and it uses nitrogen. I haven't been able to get a good etch with oxygen but I haven't messed with it...

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

LaserSpyder, our slats have been replaced early on this year, they're holding up well so far. But I think that is a great idea though, I'll have to give that a shot when these need to be replaced. Hello AR550! Ill give those conditions a go sometime later today and get back with my results. And...

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

I'm using a 1.4 double. Here's some picture on the cuts, these are the better ones. The rest are still stuck in the sheet. Whats confusing for me is how inconsistent it is. Some pierces will be just fine, some whole parts even. And the next pierce will splatter everywhere.

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

Hello LaserSpyder! Unfortunately after trying your condition, I am left with a part that is not cut all the way through, and still very inconsistent pierces. I tried also swapping for a brand new lens with the same results. Could my problem be deeper than just a cut condition? Thank you!

    Amada FO-3015NT .500" Cut conditions

Hello all, new here but have been lurking for quite some time. We have a 2005 FO-3015NT that has been quite troublesome to us. The previous owners didn't take care of it to much. Anyhow I'm trying to cut some 1/2" mild steel today and at first things started off decent but tapered off about...
