I agree with some of the others. Take the higher paying job but be respectful about it. You don't want to burn any bridges because you will never know when you might need them again.
I would definitely look at an online school. There are quite a few out there actually and are very cost effective. Like I mentioned in a previous post Purdue: (https://purdueonlineengineering.com/) and Standford: (http://see.stanford.edu/) are a couple examples of online engineering schools...
Have you talked to your adviser in school? I am sure that there is someone at your school that knows you and could give you better advice. I would also recommend doing research and see what other schools offer too. Maybe what you want isn't offered at your school? There are a lot of websites...
