Yeah, Gates keeps that tooth profile info locked down pretty tight. Not in the public domain unless you license or reverse engineer.
Honestly, best bet if you're having failures is to measure a known-good OEM pulley with a CMM or profile scanner. Or buy genuine pulleys for reference if you can't...
