That's D1.1 right? By the look of your welding speed and wire size your WPS is for GTAW on all passes. The WPS your are trying to correct should at minimum record the processes. I would start at the beginning with a new WPS.
A prequalified WPS requires 3/4 t min.,1-1/4 t max. t being 1/8". .09375 min - .15625 max. If you are qualifying (PQR) there is no min or max.root gap As per D1.3
