Is it possible to model rock in GEO5 Sheeting Check, so that the rock doesn't apply any lateral pressure or transfer the pressure from soil layer above it to the structure.

I have a structure where 4 levels of concrete slabs are supported by several identical portal frames (also concrete), and each floor is identical, so why do the bending moments of the beams get bigger as the levels go up...
they are mostly just 2 story houses, sometimes 3 story apartment building, rarely 4 or 5. I'm based in Sydney, Australia, so there's no earthquake, no strong wind, basically we don't even consider lateral loading.
so lateral loading aside, is modifying the stiffness F11 and F12 a good modeling...

Did a quick search, couldn't find anything, so here's the problem I am having.
Just installed ETABS v13.1.3, but I can't import any dwg or dxf files, always end up getting a dialog box with this message,
"Can Not Open File c:\xxxx\xxxx\xxxx.dwg"
I'm running AutoCAD 2014 on Windows 7 (32 bit)...
