Yes, I'm licensed in SC as well, and almost took the SEII in 2009-2010, but my firm was on reduced pay/hours. Hindsight, i should have taken it because of the reduced hours.
I actually put a ticket in with NCEES, and they replied quickly that this is just MS's...
