Hello everyone!
I had a customer request that I produce a door gasket out of a 55 shore A material the met "ZZ-R-765 B" specification.
I have googled it quite a few times and spent hours looking.
Does anyone know what this "ZZ-R" means?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the replies (and fast too). Thermo forming and/or Rotomolding will not work. The geometry does not lend itself to these process's. I have tried a couple of automotive suppliers that would be capable, unfortunetly, they have all been unwilling to help. I may need upwards of 10k parts...
