    It is a challenge to strike a balance on this one. I could add a bolt sleeve (in red) by passing it through a larger hole in one side of the SHS although I won't be able to weld it into place. I'd still be stuck with a snug-tight fit sadly. I'll keep thinking on it. Thanks for the advice guys.
