    How can I grind economically (a few million pieces) ceramic discs to squares / rectangles? Discs are 8 to 20 mm diameter and 2 to 3 mm thick. Material is sintered BaTiO3 , ceramic capacitor. I don't want to use adhesives, just mechanical clamping. Thanks.
